Frequently Asked Questions
-
What should I wear?
You can bring a variety of outfits—lingerie, oversized shirts, robes, bodysuits, or even something personal like a partner’s shirt. Guidance is provided beforehand to help you choose pieces that photograph well. Fluro or neon fabrics do not photograph well. Most importantly, bring what fits you like a glove! Like Goldie locks, not too tight or too loose but just right.
More is more! Having backup options is a smart idea, with a variety of different colour options so we have different looks to play with.
A nice clean pair of high-heels for footwear is recommended. Again, bring a couple of pairs, borrow from a friend. Black heels can match anything if you plan to bring a single pair.

Get Plenty of Rest!!
A good night’s sleep makes a big difference. You’ll feel more energized, relaxed. Early to bed the night before please!Stay Hydrated & Eat Lightly
Drink water and have a light meal before your session. Avoid anything that might make you feel bloated or uncomfortable. Alcohol or very salty food leading up to the shoot is best avoided. Bring energy giving snacks for your shoot on the day if you get hungry easily.Avoid Tight Clothing Before Your Shoot
Wear loose clothing before the session to prevent marks on your skin from straps or seams.Pamper yourself before the shoot! Manicure or Pedicures - now is the time to do that. If using “stick on” nails, bring glue and back up nails, they often fall off. Give the glue plenty of time to set before the shoot time.
A nice hydrating facial mask the night before is always nice. Hair washed and clean, body moisturized and glowing. Give yourself extra attention.
